The purpose of this policy is to explain to you how, and if, we control, process, handle and protect your personal information through the business and while you browse or use this website. If you do not agree to the following policy you may wish to cease viewing / using this website, and or refrain from submitting your personal data to us.

HMS Catering does not store any private information about our users or their activity. The only data used is when users explicitly contact us via the web form. At this point, we will use their submitted email and/or phone number to contact them back as potential customers. Users who do not go on to become customers of HMS Catering will not be contacted again. Data will only be used with customers to liaise on the job in question. 

After this job is complete, their contact details will be stored offline for reference, but they will not be contacted again.
